What you receive

Not all findings are created equal. A current home address on a people-search site is not the same risk as a fifteen-year-old forum handle. Each finding is ranked by real-world impact, and your situation shapes the ranking. A safety concern changes the math, along with having a public-facing role.

What you receive

• A severity-ranked exposure report and a remediation plan you can act on; with us or without us.

Removal runs in three tiers, so hands-on effort goes where it matters most:

• High-impact sources are worked by hand. Custom requests, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Commodity brokers are cleared with vetted removal tooling, covering the long tail efficiently.
• A short DIY appendix covers the handful of items only you can change: old accounts, settings, and listings with exact steps.

What you receive

• Removal and suppression requests prepared and submitted on your behalf, tracked source by source.

Requests aren’t results. After each source’s response window, Arca re-checks and captures evidence: what came down, what was suppressed, and what remains. Nothing is closed until documented.

What you receive

• An evidence file including every finding closed as removed with proof, suppressed with proof, or documented as unremovable due to lack of compliance or public record.

Removed data drifts back. Brokers re-scrape public sources, records refresh, and new sites appear. Verification windows are built into every engagement, and existing clients can keep coverage current with periodic reassessment.
