Short and in plain language. Client engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement.
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 2026
The consult form collects what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number if you include one, how you describe yourself, and any message you add. That’s it. This site doesn’t run its own ad trackers, and your information is never sold or shared for marketing.
Form submissions are used for one thing: responding to you and scheduling your consult call. Submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list.
This site is hosted on Squarespace, and form submissions are delivered through a form-processing provider. Like any hosting and delivery services, they process technical data (such as IP addresses) under their own privacy policies.
Inquiry information is kept only as long as it’s needed to respond and follow up. If you’d like it deleted sooner, reply to any message from us or ask through the form, and it will be.
Information handled during an engagement (what’s collected, how it’s stored, and when it’s destroyed) is governed by your service agreement. Provided before any engagement begins.

This website is informational. Nothing on it creates a client relationship, and nothing on it is legal advice. Services are provided only under a separate written service agreement.
Arca works exclusively with publicly available information about you, at your request and with your written authorization. Arca does not provide reputation management, legal services, or emergency services.
Where outcomes are described on this site, they refer to Arca’s documentation standard: every finding in an engagement is closed as removed with proof, suppressed with proof, or documented as unremovable due to public record or lack of compliance. No other outcome is promised or implied.
Content on this site belongs to Arca Data Services LLC and is provided as-is, without warranties. It may change at any time.
